Christmas Bunting Sewing Workshop
A fun workshop suitable for those who already know their way around a sewing machine and are looking for a festive sewing project. Join us on a Saturday morning and make your own decorative Christmas bunting.
We will be using cotton fabric bunting panels. Two gorgeous designs are available to choose from.
There will be lots of cutting ✂️ and sewing 🪡 😅
All materials are included. (Cotton panel, threads 🧵, ribbon)

Advent Calendar Sewing Workshop
This course is aimed for the confident beginner. You should be able to thread a machine, wind a bobbin and sew in a straight line.
We will be using cotton fabric calendar panels. Two gorgeous designs are available to choose from. You will be learning how to do box pleats, insert wadding, make loops and sew a back lining.
All materials are included. (Cotton panel, threads 🧵, wadding, Calico lining)
Tea/Coffee ☕️ and biscuits 🍪 are being served to boost your energy!

Xmas Pyjama Bottoms Workshop
This workshop is the perfect way to build confidence at the sewing machine while making something practical and comfy to wear.
You should already have some basic sewing knowledge like threading a machine, winding a bobbin, sew in straight lines and have completed some smaller sewing project.
In the workshop you will be learning how to sew with jersey fabric, make french seams, insert pockets and create an elastic waistband.
All materials are included. (Cotton jersey, threads 🧵, elastic)
We will be working with a commercial sewing pattern (NEW LOOK 6859)

Introduction to 3D Crochet (Amigurumi)
This three hour workshop is aimed at the confident beginner who already has experience in the basics of crochet.
You will learn how to increase and decrease, how to shape 3D pieces, how to do a magic ring, learn the prickle stitch, sew pieces together and more.

Harris Tweed Bag Workshop
Join us for two Saturday afternoons to make your very own beautiful Harris Tweed shopping bag. The workshop is aimed for the advanced beginner. You should be confident threading a machine and sew in straight and curved lines.
All materials are included.

Knitting and Felting Workshop
Throughout October and November we will be doing a special on knitting and felting in our Wednesday evening knitting session. You can choose between making a pair of cosy slippers, a bag or a Christmas basket.
The slippers and bags are suitable for the advanced beginner.
The Christmas basket is aimed for the confident knitter. You will be introduced to knitting with two colours for this project.
All materials are included.
There will be homework in between the classes.

Enjoyable sewing classes in a friendly and social environment for beginners through to advanced. Whether it is dressmaking, alteration techniques, interiors, pattern cutting, crafts or accessories. Our pop-in knitting classes are aimed for beginners, improvers and advanced learners.
From casting on to knitting, purling and binding off. The creation of something you love to wear by knitting it is joyful. Build your knitting skills over time and add new techniques. This knitting journey will encourage and support your learning while you make new friends along the way. Drop the stress not your stitches. Knit in a fun environment and increase your knitting confidence.

Sock Knitting Class 🧦
Make your own special pair of handmade socks 🧦
This 3week workshop is aimed at people who already know how to cast on, knit and purl. You will be knitting with a set of 5 single pointed needles and we are using 4ply or 8ply sock wool which can be machine washed.
Socks are fun to wear, a fun gift for family or friends and most of all they are fun 🤩 to knit!
😅There will be homework in between the classes😅
